Company Overview
The Gandia Group is an auto parts and accessories wholesale and retail business servicing all of Puerto Rico and the Caribbean. Founded in 1983 by the Gandia family, the corporation currently runs 1 central distribution warehouse and 20 retail stores throughout Puerto Rico. It specializes in the sale of automotive aftermarket parts, chemicals, accessories, tools and equipment to both professional installers and do-it-yourself customers.
Our Founders
The company started in 1983, in Mr. Jorge Gandía Sr.’s garage – with ~$30k worth of inventory, 3 employees and 3 motivated siblings determined to grow their father’s business.
Upon acquiring the foundation of the business from their father, siblings Roberto Gandia, Jorge Gandia Jr. and Amelia Gandia went on to found The Gandia Group and to lead its organic growth – as well as subsequent acquisitions. Today, The Gandia Group is composed of a wholesale division and retail division with 20 stores.
